2 months ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This food truck is so good. Everything I’ve tried has been packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and worth going out of your way for. The curry goat is unbelievably tender, the brisket is smoky and juicy, and the oxtail is rich and fall-apart delicious. And don’t skip the beef patties — flaky, hot, and seriously addictive. On top of that, Mike (the owner) is genuinely friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk up. You can tell there’s real pride and care behind the food. I stop by and get a plate every chance I get — highly recommend!

7 months agoOxtail is perfection, the mac and cheese was rich and cheesy, and the seasoning was on point. It was such a compliment to the oxtail. The brisket was soft and melted right in our mouths, the taste was amazing and the sauce was an exceptional addition. The service was phenomenal and they were so nice! We highly recommend Sunshine Jerk & Grill!!!

8 months agoBest Jamaican food in the city. The jerk chicken is my favorite I try to go at least once a week the owner Mike is wonderful , polite, and gives you large portions very respectful a great business owner I recommend you give him a try you will not be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10 months agoWas at an event on June 1 at the St Lucie Fairgrounds and walked around looking at all the different food truck options. Sunshine Jerk & Grill was our top pic even though there were other BBQ options. The owner was smoking some ribs when we walked up and it smelled perfect. My girlfriend ordered a Baby Back Rib meal with beans and potato salad and I ordered the brisket meal with beans and cabbage and veggies. The portion size was plenty for each of us and our bellies were happily full. OMG the brisket was tender enough to cut with a fork and the flavor was out of this world. The ribs were smoked perfectly. The sides were delicious as well as the BBQ sauce (the hot had just enough spice for me and I like hot). The service was friendly and fast and we will definitely go back when we see them. In fact i went back to let them know how we both loved the meals and their faces were glowing as I told them how awesome we thought the meals were. 5 stars edit... I forgot we got one Jamaican meat patty and it tasted so good we both wanted to get more and take home but we had meals on the way.

a year agoMichael was the best! He was super friendly and hospitable. The Mac n' cheese was AMAZING!!! Everything tasted SO FRESH and I was sad I couldn't get more! Definately worth a bite and should try new foods because he makes it great!!

a year agoMs Audrey and Mr Michael were most hospitable. They were patient with me and generously shared samples. The conversation was pleasant and informative. The ribs were moist and tender with a good flavor. The brisket was moist and tender as well. I didn't care for the chicken or potato salad but, I don't have anything negative to say about them. The beef patty was also rather flavorful. I look forward to returning to this establishment. I'm happy to support small business especially those with excellent customer service. Give them a try... you won't regret it!
